behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have a joint
marketing agreement (which, among other things, prohibits further

with law). The information that we will share with such nonaffiliated

applications or other forms, such as your name, address, social security
number, assets and income,
- Information about your transactions with us
or others, such as your account balance, payment history, credit card
usage and the like, and
- Information we receive from any consumer
reporting agency about you, such as your creditworthiness and credit
history.
Nonaffiliated third parties and financial institutions to whom we may
disclose your nonpublic personal information include the following types
of third parties: insurance companies, investment advisors, and the
like.

of our employees who need to know that information in order to provide
financial products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic,
and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard
your nonpublic personal information.
