New Auto Loans
St. Anne Credit Union requires no down payment on new auto loans. Terms range from 2 to 6 years.
Before your loan can be finalized, we will need the following:
Main Share Account with $25.00 minimum balance
Proof of income (copy of recent pay stub)
$19.00 fee for Single Vendor's Interest Insurance
Insurance Binder
Copy of Purchase Contract*
Copy of RMV-1 form.*

Used Auto Loans
St. Anne Credit Union requires no down payment on used auto loans and accepts autos up to 5 model years old. Terms range from 2 to 5
years, depending on the model year.

Personal Loans
Borrow from $500.00 to $15,000.00 for terms ranging from 6 months to 6 years. Watch for special loans through the year.
Share Loans
This type of loan is secured by your Main Share Account. You can borrow up to 100% of the balance in your account for 3% over the current share rate. You still earn interest on your savings. The maximum term is 48 months. Monthly payments of principal and interest are required.
Loans secured by Certificates of Deposit accounts are also available at a rate of 3% over the rate you are receiving on your CD. Your loan will mature on the same day the CD securing it does.
Equity Loans
This is a fixed rate loan on your home. St. Anne Credit Union will loan up to $125,000. We can loan up to 70% of the value of your home less your first mortgage. The terms are five to twenty years. The closing fees are $175.00 for attorney fees and $175.00 recording fees at the Registry of Deeds. The loan is available on owner occupied property only.
Equity Line of Credit
St. Anne Credit Union will loan up to $125,000. We can loan up to 70% of the value of your home less your first mortgage. The loan is available on owner occupied property only. There are no closing fees.

We offer fixed rate mortgages from 5 to 40 years. Please call for current information on our mortgage plans.
